From childbirth education and support through teen yoga, home projects, and explorations of intimacy, Women’s Room offers fun and engaging workshops featuring prominent instructors and facilitators on a wide spectrum of subjects focused exclusively on women’s health, vitality and overall wellness through all stages of life.

Empower the confidence to achieve your dreams! Workshops are offered as one-time events and ongoing series in intimate settings, often with 10 or fewer students.
