Women’s Retreat in Stowe

September 6-8th, 2019

Own your radiance, you are worthy! This retreat builds on our Nourish Series held at Women’s Room. Nourish is an intentional practice of feeding your mind and body in ways that resonate living a healthy and balanced life. We will share rituals and practices to nourish your Self from the inside out.

The Fall Women’s Room Retreat at Stowe–September 6th-8th, 2019–with Founder Beth Kruger, Registered Dietitian Kim Evans, and other Special Guests, TBA.

Owning your radiance begins with acknowledging how you want to be in relationship to yourself and to the world; and in knowing that you are worthy. We will focus on nourishment as a practice of self-care that invites you to bring more beauty into your daily living.

You will leave this retreat with a simple plan and many tools to help you make positive changes in your everyday life. You will uncover what allows you to move through this world showing up fully, loving your life, and ultimately experiencing joy and happiness in an authentic way. Not perfect and sparkly – but real, and sometimes messy. Perfectly imperfect.

The retreat includes shared accommodations (sharing a bed), as well as all meals, a day pass to access the Spa at Topnotch, and three informational workshops. We will also connect in intentional circles of community, and offer you a take-home workbook to use whenever you want more radiance in your life.
