The prenatal period is a complicated one, though most of what is happening in our bodies is normal and completely non-alarming.

We still may feel uncomfortable and have so many different things happening both inside and on the outside. It’s important to work with someone who truly knows the pregnant body. We have over 15 years of experience teaching women prenatal yoga. Your yoga private practice can be a full body workout and totally challenging — or it can be a restorative regenerative practice.
