Ongoing Drop-In Classes are an easy affordable addition to your weekly routine! Meet with sisters, make friends, overcome obstacles, and experience new levels of fitness and strength. Current drop-in classes include Buti and Buti Flow. Classes fill up frequently so please be sure to register in advance. Bring a water bottle, towel and mat – and get ready for a great time!

Buti and Buti Flow

Transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement and conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. The Maharathi Indian word “Buti” means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Butisattvas believe that the only true way around obstacles in our path comes from within ourselves. Our deep, intense, yet upbeat and fun practice can facilitate transformations from the inside out. Buti Flow is a toned-down version of our Buti classes. Our focus is on core shaping and strengthening with a bit less cardio and tribal movement. Buti’s signature approach activates all parts of the abdominal muscle groups and helps you discover beauty, grace, and poise with every movement.

  • Buti  -Wed-Fri 6-7:15pm
  • Buti Flow -Teusday 6-7pm

Yoga: Power and Rest

Our Yoga classes offer something for everyone, Basics, Sweat and Surrender, Core and Power Yoga!Basics will help you to discover a strong foundation for your practice, and help you prevent injury if you are a Buti Yoga gal. Our Sweat and Surrender class is everything that you love about a vigorous sweaty yoga practice blended with a super gentle and restorative stretch over supportive bolsters for relaxation. This combination mixes half fast and furious, with half super gentle nap-time. Lastly, Power Yoga offers a strong vigorous practice designed for strength and optimal movement at any age.

Class Schedule: • Monday  Basics 6-7pm • Thursday Sweat and Surrender 6-7pm • Saturday Power Yoga 10:30-11:30am

  • Monday and Wednesday Core 12:15-1pm
