Yoga, Fitness and Community for All Ages and Body Types!

Meet with sisters, make friends, overcome obstacles, and experience new levels of fitness, mental flexibility, mindfulness, spirituality, and strength. Current drop-in classes include Barre with Salt Wellness, Yoga, and Kundalini. Classes fill up frequently so please be sure to register in advance. Bring a water bottle, towel and mat – and get ready for a great time!

Barre with Salt Wellness

This class is a challenging all-level fitness program utilizing movements influenced by classical ballet barre methods, Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises..
You’ll start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises, which may include free weights, resistance bands, push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, back muscles and core stability. Next, you’ll use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles. You will finish with mat work that specifically targets abdominal core muscles, yoga-inspired stretching and breathing exercises for a total body experience resulting in increased mobility, strength, flexibility and body/mind awareness.

Yoga: Kundalini and Hatha

Our Yoga classes offer something for everyone, whether you’re looking for something more physical, or to include more breathing, subtle body work, and kriya techniques. Our  Gentle Yoga offers a restorative stretch over supportive bolsters for relaxation. Gentle relaxing movement paired with rest is the perfect antidote to our hectic lives. We are so excited to offer a weekly Kundalini class this Spring. Click here for more info on our Kundalini class.

Lastly, we go offsite to bring Power Yoga to Concept Move, on Mondays. This class is a strong vigorous practice designed for strength, an optimal fitness challenge at any age.

• Tuesday Gentle Yoga 6-7:15pm
• Thursday Kundalini Yoga 6-7:30pm (Until 6/6)
• Offsite Classes: Monday Power Yoga at Concept Move 6:30-7:30pm
