Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, and plyometric strength and conditioning.
The Maharathi Indian word “Buti” means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Butisattvas believe that the only true way around obstacles in our path comes from within ourselves. Our deep, intense, yet upbeat and fun practice can facilitate transformations from the inside out. The Buti Yoga methodology allows us to clear away stuck energy, revitalize the body, and reveal unshakable power and hidden confidence.

Movement for Badass Babes is our signature class style. A thoughtful and smart yoga-inspired fitness and movement practice interlaced with strengthening, lengthening, and all over toning for empowering the fierce female in all of us. We focus on core strength, pelvic floor conditioning, as well as arms and buttocks. This class aims to connect the mind and the body, in a moderately paced, easy to follow style, sprinkled with yogic self-care philosophy.
